Capitol Hill

Capitol Hill is located just to the Southeast of downtown Denver. Capitol Hill is bounded to the North by Colfax, the South by 7th, to the West by Broadway, and to the East by Downing. Capitol Hill appeals to the masses. It has the old historic mansions that belonged to Denver's elite in the 19th century, all the way to the newer apartments and condos. Capitol Hill is located just east of the Colorado State Capitol and is extremely close to all forms of public transportation. Capitol Hill has countless amenities for the community. The numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and even concert venues really make this an electric neighborhood. Capitol Hill also has two great parks for the outdoorsman/woman. Civic Center Park and Cheesman Park are great for a quick little exercise. Overall, Capitol Hill is a hip, vibrant community that attracts people from every walk of life.

Capitol Hill real estate is predominantly condos with some starting in the 60,000 price range and continues to the 300,000's. While single family homes are not as present, the ones that do exist come with a price as single family homes start around the mid 250,000's and continue over the 2 million dollar price range.
