Wellshire is centrally located and bounded by Illiff to the North, Hampden to the South, Colorado to the East, and University to the West. Wellshire may be best known for it golf course located northwest of Hampden and Colorado. For being a centrally located neighborhood in the heart of Denver, Wellshire remains a very quite and peaceful neighborhood.
